I used an acupuncture pillow to relieve my tension – was that wrong?

My roommate has this amazing acupuncture pillow set for my back and neck. Since I’ve been sick for most of the last few weeks, I’m pretty tense, so I lie on it. But I quickly figure out how and where the acupuncture spikes are best applied. I’m right, aren’t I?
