Am I really going to do this? My first time peeing in the shower.

I’m currently at a point where I’m thinking a lot about my decisions and my limits. It’s not easy to do something that requires so much courage and simultaneously triggers so much doubt. I’m trying to listen to my gut feeling and remind myself that I don’t have to force anything. No matter what I decide, what’s important is that it feels right for me and that I feel safe and respected in the process.
